USPS First Class Mail International orders range from $17.95 to $29.95, depending on your country.

Please note that there are some countries that we have historically had trouble sending to and for those countries we only offer shipping through DHL Express since they are the only shipping service we can trust to actually get the package there to you quickly and safely. If you happen to live in one of these countries, you will know because DHL will be the only option you can choose at checkout. It costs a bit more, but you can rest assured it is definitely worth it.

We take all major credit cards, debit cards, pre-paid cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as many local payment options from Europe and Asia.

Paypal also takes all major credit cards, and offers a huge variety of local payment options.

All packages are fully tracked and insured by the US Postal Service (USPS), and in the unlikely event your package is lost, we will ship you another while we deal with the whereabouts of the original.

In the US, many orders only take 3 days, with delivery Monday through Saturday.

We’ve seen some packages take up to 10 days, but thankfully that is very rare.

Internationally, packages can take as little as 4 days (using DHL), but more commonly you should expect it to arrive between 7 and 10 days. If it takes longer than 10 days, that usually means it is being held up in customs and unfortunately the only thing we can do is just wait longer at that point. Over the years, we have grown pretty experienced at dealing with customs, and have developed some ways to help your order get through to you faster.

What we can tell you is this — your package will normally take no more than 5 to 8 days to leave the US for your country. Once it arrives in your country, it really depends more on the situation of your local country. Some of these situations change day by day, as you likely know.

DHL orders are different because they have to be picked up earlier in the day – so if you order early enough (by noon Central Standard Time), we might be able to ship same day. Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.

Yes. After you place your order, you are emailed an order confirmation from the website.

After your order ships, you receive an e-mail with your tracking information. This e-mail is automated and sometimes gets blocked by spam filters, so if you don’t get it, look in your spam folder and/or e-mail us and we can send you your tracking number manually.
